Take I-85N. Take Exit 95 towards NC-18/Gaffney/Shelby.
Take NC-18N (Lafayette Street) to Shelby.
Travel through downtown Shelby. Turn right
onto Marion Street. Turn left onto DeKalb
Street. The Sanger Clinic is on the left
near the end of DeKalb Street. The Division
of Pediatric Cardiology is located in the

From Kings Mountain, NC:
Take US-74W towards Shelby. US-74W becomes
US-74 Bypass W. Turn right onto DeKalb
Street. Travel through downtown Shelby.
